As Hawaii welcomes us with a storm, we say farewell to the Masters and the brilliance of Bubba Watson, winning his second Green Jacket. The Augusta course fits his game like a glove, what with his length and ability to move the ball.
He has made great pars by putting in all he had. Hats off!!
On Sunday, you could tell that Spieth was a little nervous and feeling the pressure. Although I must say he coped well. Level par while playing in the final pairing at the Masters is phenomenal.
What I liked most on the final day was the first nine. It was so close. Then, Bubba was able to take the lead as Jordan started to slip. I also loved Jonas Blixt – who showed great touch around the greens.
Saving the best for last … Jimenez. What a swing, what class and what a sense of humour. When he wrapped his polo shirt around his heart at the 12th hole, as if saying it was beating fast, was amazing. An artist.
