Let me tell you how I see the Masters in a way that it is interesting to everybody. I think…

For starters, I am not saying anything new if I write that Sergio arrives in good form. Very good form. His game looks right, he looks happy and above all has just had a great week in Houston. I get the feeling that all aspects of his game are in good shape and I think that he is going to do well at Augusta National. I think he will be in contention.

As for Miguel as always, it depends on how he is feeling during the week. He is coming into the tournament in good form, and I don´t need reminding that you can always expect to see something a little bit special from him.

Gonzalo is playing in his third Masters. At Augusta, more than for any other course, experience of playing the course really helps to you master the greens, the pin positions and the places to avoid. He has been improving every year, so maybe…

As for Chema, I’m sure he will enjoy playing again a course the he loves and has so many incredible memories of. When you are really enjoying yourself you can play better. He may not be in the best form, but what can I say, I always expect him to show his fighting sprit and his love of the game is infinite.

We leave Tiger for last. Or rather, his absence. First of all, it is a shame that he is not playing. It’s always a loss when someone like Tiger pulls out. Although, his absence is not as big as it would have been say 5-10 years ago. Let me explain why. But today his absence is offset by the importance of other big players such as Scott & Rory
