El DP World Tour is entering its final stretch. There are four tournaments left to finish the season, of which only two count towards saving the card or qualifying for the Abu Dhabi playoff. One is the DP World India Championship starting this Thursday at the Dehli Golf Club. The other is next week’s Genesis Championship in Korea. All the year’s goals are up in the air and depend on what happens in the next month. The week’s objectives one by one:
– PGA Tour card. The limit is set by Martin Couvra. 14th place in the Race with 1764.05 points.
– Qualification for the Open Championship. Top 25 of the Race to Dubai. That position is held by Thriston Lawrence with 1273.56 points.
– Final in Dubai. The top 50 in the Race qualify. No positions are skipped. The limit is Robinson Thompson with 908.39 points.
– Abu Dhabi Playoff. The top 70 in the Race qualify. Positions are skipped if there are absences. Jason Scrivener holds the 70th place with 684.04 points.
– Full DP World Tour card for 2026. It will be obtained by the top 115 in the Race (for now, this is not a definitive number). The limit is set by Aaron Cockerill with 444.01 points.
– Category 6 of the HotelPlanner Tour in 2026. Achieved by those who finish between 116th and 130th place in the Race to Dubai (for now, this is not a definitive number). The limit is set by Callum Tarren with 372.11.
– Category 7 of the HotelPlanner Tour in 2026. Achieved by those who finish between 131st and 151st place in the Race to Dubai (for now, this is not a definitive number). The limit is set by Nicolas Colsaerts with 249.17 points.
– Direct access to the Final Stage. Last year it was achieved by the 145th in the Race to Dubai. Currently, that position is held by Andrew Wilson with 284.97 points.

Once the objectives they are fighting for have been established, here we tell you everything that is at stake in India for each member of the Armada:
– Ángel Ayora is in 23rd place in the Race to Dubai with 1301.63 points:
He has secured the Abu Dhabi Playoff and the Final in Dubai. He is currently within the top 25 that qualifies for the Open Championship 2026, although it is not yet guaranteed. He needs to add more points. He will play everything.
His main goal is to secure one of the 10 PGA Tour cards. He is more than 460 points behind Martin Couvra (currently the recipient of the last card). To catch the Frenchman, he would need to finish 2nd alone this week at a minimum.

– Eugenio Chacarra is in 31st place in the Race to Dubai with 1128.84 points.
He has secured the Abu Dhabi Playoff and the Final in Dubai.
The top 25 that qualifies for the Open Championship 2026 is about 150 points away. He would need to finish at least 7th alone in India.
Regarding the PGA Tour card, he is almost 640 points behind Martin Couvra. Only winning would allow him to leave India in positions for the American circuit card.

He has secured the Abu Dhabi Playoff.
The Final in Dubai is very close. A 50th place in India could even get him into the top 50.
