Manu Elvira (-9) has started his second round of the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open with a bogey. Just like yesterday. And he finished with a magnificent scorecard of 67 strokes. Almost like yesterday. Manu remains very high up, specifically in second position, three strokes behind the unleashed Casey Jarvis (-12). It can already be said that the young 22-year-old South African has been playing a different game over the first two days in Mauritius. Today he delivered a scorecard of 65 strokes. Over the two days, he has already accumulated 13 birdies and two eagles. In third position is Brandon Stone (-8).
The playing conditions were somewhat easier in the early hours of the morning, which led to some stronger rounds.
