Pending Monday’s announcement by captain Suzann Pettersen of the full team that will represent Europe at the Solheim Cup, PING has today revealed the official uniforms of the Solheim Cup 2024 team, which will be worn by the players of the European team, the current champions, at the next event in September.
Following the success of the collaboration in 2021 and 2023, the European Solheim Cup team will once again be dressed from head to toe in PING. The garments are available for purchase exclusively online at www.pingeurope.com/eu/ from today.
The first day’s uniform reflects a classic European style, incorporating a vibrant shade of blue with a white base and yellow accents. Both the polo and the mid-layer stand out with a sporty stripe design on the sleeves that incorporates the European stars in the pattern. A novelty in this year’s uniform is a hybrid jacket with a hood in a sleek white colour with ‘Team Europe’ printed on the right sleeve, ensuring that the players look stylish both on and off the field.
The second day’s design features star tape details dynamically placed on the arms, providing a sporty and clean style to these performance-designed garments. The players will be able to complement the outfit with the tournament cap or a bucket hat, both with the centred Solheim Cup logo and a metallic gold tone around the blue ‘Team Europe’ band.
To finish the week, the Sunday uniform offers a winning look. Both the polo and the vest take centre stage by incorporating a striking yellow star on the back. Throughout the garments, yellow details are presented on the zippers – under flaps, collars and pockets – for a modern and elegant finish on the last day’s outfit.
