There is a line any golf coach has heard hundreds of times in a lesson: “I thought I was doing it another way”. It is there, in that very gap between what the player believes they are doing and what they are actually doing, that the proposal of GaM Studio Neurovision RX™ is born, a technical training method developed in Spain that offers a new way of understanding swing learning
The central idea is as simple to explain as it is powerful in practice: that the player can see their own movement while performing it. Not afterwards. Not only in a recording analysed afterwards. During the learning process. In real time or in a guided way. That is the key to the system
The method stems from a classic limitation in golf teaching. For decades, technical instruction has relied on verbal transmission: the coach explains, the player interprets and then attempts to reproduce the correction. The problem is clear: understanding an instruction does not necessarily mean being able to carry it out. The body, often, does not immediately translate what the head has understood
GaM Studio Neurovision RX™ aims to eliminate that gap between the coach’s explanation, the player’s bodily sensation and the real understanding of the movement being executed. The objective is not to replace the coach, but to provide them with a more precise tool for teaching. The correction ceases to be merely a verbal cue and becomes an integrated experience of vision, sensation and action
In the videos accompanying this presentation the system’s operation is shown in an indoor training environment, with the player working the swing on a practice mat, supported by screens and visual references that allow observation of the movement and its relation to the bodily sensation of the shot. The image does not appear as a mere supplement, but as an essential part of learning
The foundation of the method relies on the integration of three major sources of information: visual, proprioceptive and motor. Vision helps to understand the form of the movement; proprioception informs the player how they position, rotate, balance and transmit forces; and the motor component executes the action. When those three dimensions align, the brain has a more accurate representation of the movement and can adjust the technical pattern earlier
Put another way: the player not only hears what to do, but sees it, feels it and corrects it. That direct connection between perception and action seeks to accelerate motor learning and improve the consolidation of new sensations
The system allows the player to observe their movement, recognise errors sooner, adjust in real time and consolidate technical changes more clearly. For many golfers, especially when modifying the swing, that difference can be decisive. It is not just about repeating more, but repeating better and with more useful information
GaM Studio Neurovision RX™ also includes a manual and a training course with exercises that combine knowledge of the neuromotor system with the specific use of this training tool. The proposal, therefore, is not limited to installing a technology, but sets out a working method for coaches, clubs and players
For clubs, the system is presented as a way to differentiate, enhance the customer experience and reinforce the perceived value of the service. For coaches, it represents a tool to convey movement more effectively, reduce the student’s learning time and control the technical process more precisely. And for the player, the advantage is direct: understand sooner what they are doing, connect the feeling with the execution and progress more quickly and effectively
In a sport where technique, feel and confidence always coexist in a delicate balance, GaM Studio Neurovision RX™ proposes a very clear core idea: see to understand, understand to feel and feel to play better
