It seems the Australian had grown tired of seeing the same cups in her cabinet and has launched into an unbridled overhaul at the start of 2026. She began the year at the LPGA of Thailand and finished seventh, then won the HSBC Women’s World Championship in Singapore, repeated victory last week at the Australian Open and now she only needs to seal a third consecutive victory at the Australian WPGA Championship
Really, Green has by no means won this final tournament of the Ladies European Tour in Australia, but it’s hard to imagine anything other than the brilliant 29‑year‑old golfer from Perth lifting the trophy this Sunday.
