Bryson DeChambeau not only lifted the LIV Golf Singapore 2026 trophy after beating Richard T. Lee in a playoff. He also took home the big cheque of the week: $4 million for the individual champion. But the main financial novelty this year in LIV is not only the winner’s prize or the team purse, it is the new individual bonus added for the top three teams of the tournament, a measure introduced in 2026 that increases the total distribution at each event

In Singapore, therefore, people no longer talked about the usual $30 million, but about a total amount of $32.3 million. The scheme was split into three blocks: $20 million for the individual standings, $10 million for the team competition and $2.3 million extra as an individual bonus for the top three teams. That bonus is distributed as follows: $1 million for the winning team, $800,000 for second and $500,000 for third.

The individual standings put DeChambeau at the top with that $4 million, followed by Richard T. Lee with $2.25 million and Lee Westwood with $1.5 million. Joaquín Niemann collected $1 million for his fourth place and Jon Rahm took $800,000 for finishing fifth. Among the Spaniards, the second best was Josele Ballester, tied in sixth and awarded $650,000. David Puig won $204,285, Sergio García $143,750 and Luis Masaveu closed his week with $50,000.

In the team competition, 4Aces GC was the dominant force. They took $3 million for the collective victory and also added the $1 million extra bonus, so the total amount associated with their win rose to $4 million. Ripper GC, second, added $1.5 million plus $800,000 in bonus, while Legion XIII, third, added $500,000 extra to the $900,000 corresponding to their position.

There is an important nuance: the exact amounts each team receives are known, but the exact player-by-player distribution of that additional bonus has not been made public, since the internal allocation depends on the team captain. In other words, the total money is clear, but not how much ends up in the pocket of each member of 4Aces, Ripper or Legion XIII unless there is an official communication later
