LIV Golf has announced this Wednesday the dates for LIV Golf Andalucía, which, as advanced by Ten-Golf, will once again be held at the Real Club Valderrama. The chosen schedule for the event is from 11 to 13 July 2025. This will be the third consecutive year that LIV Golf takes place at the iconic course that hosted the Ryder Cup in 1997 and is often considered one of the best golf courses in continental Europe.
Through the LIV Golf website, deposits for hospitality packages are already being accepted before they go on sale. Fans can also sign up now for LIV X – for free – to receive exclusive updates and access to tickets, as well as presale information for hospitality packages and general passes for the LIV Golf Andalucía tournament, which includes individual and team competitions, live music, and activities for fans of all ages.
The captain of the Fireballs GC, Sergio García, will return to the Real Club Valderrama to defend his individual title and his team’s title, as the Fireballs achieved their only team victory of the 2024 season at LIV Golf Andalucía. This victory was very significant for García, as it adds to his impressive resume of victories at the famous course he describes as his favourite in the world.
García, who broke a four-year winless streak in Andalucía, spoke about the significance of his first victory in LIV Golf: “It’s very important. Obviously, it’s huge. I keep telling everyone how difficult it is to win here… It’s really amazing to be able to do it in your home country, in front of my family, in front of so many friends, and at my favourite golf course.”
Captain García, who also won the team title at LIV Golf Andalucía, said: “It’s a dream come true to be able to do it at my favourite course in front of my family, my friends, and my teammates. But to make it even better, winning the team championship was simply incredible. I’m proud of these guys, of the way they played. It’s a tough course, so it was challenging. I’m very, very proud of what we were able to achieve.”

Next year’s event will once again bring together many of the biggest names in the sport, including the Spanish legend Jon Rahm (Legion XIII); the current U.S. Open 2024 champion, Bryson DeChambeau (Crushers GC); Brooks Koepka (Smash GC), Cameron Smith (Ripper GC), Dustin Johnson (4Aces GC) and many more.
LIV Golf has so far revealed 10 of its 14 tournaments in the global League calendar for 2025, which begins from 6 to 8 February with LIV Golf Riyadh.
