Carlota Ciganda (-8) has made the most of moving day at the FM Championship. A great round of 67 shots in Norton allows her to face the final day in third position. The lead is three shots away, Carlota’s chances of victory are very high and very real.
The tournament lead is in the hands of Jin Young Ko (-11) who has taken full advantage of Haeran Ryu’s (-7) collapse on the third day of the tournament. The lead goes from Korean to Korean in Norton. Ryu started with a six-shot lead over the second-placed and suffered a real block with a card of 78 shots.
Her compatriot has taken advantage of the movement perfectly with six birdies and a bogey that have put her at the top of the table. Ko has been winning at least one tournament each season on the LPGA for seven years in a row and this Sunday she will try to extend the streak as she has not yet won this year.

Carlota’s solidity is unquestionable, but the Spanish player has been eight years without winning on the American circuit.
