The weather complications that have made an appearance this Saturday from early morning at the Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, have forced the PGA Championship organisers to make a drastic decision regarding the tee times for the third round of the tournament. It will be played from two tees, the 1st and the 10th, and the matches will be in groups of three players to minimise the presence of participants and spectators on the course.

Thus, the first match of the day will not start until 11:43 local time in Charlotte, 17:43 in Spanish peninsular time. The first Spaniard to play will be, interestingly, the best-ranked of all, Jon Rahm, who will share the round with Norwegian Viktor Hovland and Englishman Tommy Fleetwood, two of his Ryder Cup teammates and friends. They will start from the 1st tee at Quail Hollow at 12:05 (18:05 in our country)

Sergio García and David Puig will play from the 10th tee. The match for the golfer from Borriol will begin at 13:05 (19:05 in Spanish peninsular time) and he will share it with American Justin Lower and South Korean Tom Kim. The golfer from La Garriga, on the other hand, will take to the course at 13:27 (19:27 in Spain) sharing the round with Americans Bud Calley and Michael Kim. The featured match of the ‘moving day’ will be played by the leader, Venezuelan Jhonattan Vegas, alongside Frenchman Matthieu Pavon and Englishman Matt Fitzpatrick from 13:55 (19:55). Just before, at 13:44 (19:44) also from the 1st tee, the World Number One, American Scottie Scheffler, will play alongside compatriot Max Homa and South Korean Si Woo Kim, who made the shot of the day yesterday with a tremendous hole-in-one.
