US Open Week. An exciting, adrenaline-filled week. The perfect week to discover Ten-Golf’s great game. One team, six golfers, four rounds of competition and one incredible prize. Casa de Campo, the best resort in the world, in La Romana, Dominican Republic, is the perfect companion for your trip in this new edition of the game that has generated such high expectations this week.
Winning triggers adrenaline and can often be the best type of compensation, but this week, the game begins with a five star incentive. Casa de Campo will invite the winner to stay for six nights for two people at the best resort in the world, with three golf courses at their disposition, the famous Diente de Perro among others, and a wide variety of exciting activities in which they can participate. 1. Each participant will create a team with six golfers, chosen from all golfers who will compete in the US Open 2015.
2. The system for choosing golfers:
– 1 (maximum number) between the Number 1 and Number 5 in the world ranking.
– 1 (maximum number) between the Number 6 and the Number 10 in the world.
– 1 (maximum number) between the Number 11 and the Number 15 in the world.
– 1 (maximum number) between the Number 16 and the Number 20 in the world.
– The other two golfers to complete the team of six are free-election starting at the Number 21 in the world ranking.
3. Rules:
– There is the option not to choose a golfer from a certain category, for example from the Number 1 to the Number 5 in the world, in exchange for two players from the next category, always when, of course, it is an inferior category.
– In the event of choosing a senior player or amateur, two shots will be deducted from the final card of the day. In other words, if one day the card is -3, the score would count as -5.
– If one of the selected golfers does not make the cut, their score for Saturday and Sunday will be the highest-scoring card of the day.
– The winner will be the participant that accumulates the least shots among the six chosen golfers. In the event of a tie, the winner will be the participant that has the golfer with the lowest score. If the tie persists, the deciding factor will go to participant with the second-lowest scoring golfer. If the tie still continues after that, the winner will be the participant who has the golfer with the lowest score on Sunday, going from golfer to golfer successively.
– The maximun number of teams per golfer is 20.
– The winner’s prize will be a stay for two, for six nights at the Casa de Campo, in La Romana, Dominican Republic, classified as the best resort in the world of 2015.
